Return and refund policy
1. Return period
In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- unused
- unopened
- in its original condition
- in its intact original packaging
⚠️ Any product that has been opened, used or damaged cannot be taken back or refunded.
3. Non-returnable products
For hygiene and safety reasons:
Cosmetic products that have been opened or unsealed are not eligible for return.
4. Return procedure
To make a return:
- Send a request to: contact@chelsy-hair.com
- Include your order number
- Wait for your return to be approved
⚠️ No return will be accepted without prior approval.
5. Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
6. Refund
Once the product has been received and checked:
- the refund is made within 14 days at most
- using the same payment method as the purchase
7. Damaged products or errors
If you receive a product that is:
- faulty
- damaged
- incorrect
contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with photos.
In this case:
✔️ replacement or refund available
✔️ return costs covered
8. Undelivered order / lost parcel
The Seller cannot be held responsible for losses caused by the carrier.
However, a solution will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
9. When no refund is given
No refund will be made in the following cases:
- product used
- product opened
- return conditions not met
- no proof provided
