• Consents: your agreement or refusal to appear in our TikTok Live broadcasts or other content.

• Manage your appointments and contact you when needed.

• Tailor our services to your hair needs.

• Send you confirmations, reminders and information about your appointments.

• Answer your requests and questions.

• Share content (photos, videos) only if you have given your consent.

3. Live broadcasts & use of images

During some appointments, we may broadcast live on TikTok or other social networks.
This will happen only if you have ticked the “Yes, I agree” option in the form or given your consent in the salon.
You may withdraw your consent at any time before the broadcast.

4. Data sharing

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data.
It may only be shared with:

• Our technical providers (form hosting, Google Workspace).

• Payment platforms (where applicable).

• Legal authorities, only where required by law.

5. Data retention

• Your appointment information is kept for 12 months after your last service.

• Photos you send are deleted within 6 months at most, unless you have agreed to their use for promotional purposes.

• You may ask for your data to be deleted immediately at any time.
